Dear Suneel jee,

First of all, a happy New Year and secondly, it was a pleasure to meet you in Delhi and thank you so much for the arragements you made for us for our Rajesthan tour. We had an absolutely fabulous time and I personally wanted to write to you when I got back to London to mention a few things.

We arrived back in London on 5th January and today is my first day back to work so it is the first day I have got some time to write to you about our tour.

All the hotels you booked for us were fabulous and although I had my phone stolen, it did not spoil our fun. The only disappointments were:

The Grand Imperial in Agra - the bathrooms were very dated and definitely needed some refurbishment.

The Laxmi Niwas in Bikaner - again, bathrooms did not match the standard of the hotel at all. The food also was not great.

Samod Palace - the best hotel out of all the hotels booked - service impeccable, food excellent and the rooms were amazing - would definitely stay longer here next time - I think Alam even fell in love with this hotel.

We were so well looked after by the wonderful team you sent with us - Surinder, Hardip and not to mention, the very lovely Alam. We all loved Alam to bits and he certainly is a credit to your company. He is such a polite young man and nothing was too much trouble for him and whatever we asked of him, he did for us. Suneeljee, you are very lucky to have such a nice young man working for you and you can tell he has so much respect for you. I cannot say nice enough things about Alam as there are not enough words to express how we all felt about him - he was like a member of our family. I hope he enjoyed the trip with us as much as we enjoyed having him with us.Suneeljee, you were absolutely right, you told me to trust you and I did and our trip was just wonderful so thanks for all your help and assistance and patience in making our trip so memorable. We have taken many photographs and we will remember you and all your team every time we look at them.

Please pass on my thanks to Surinder, Hardip and especially to Alam without whom our trip could have not been so much fun. I am hoping we have made some special friends and that you will keep in touch with us. I know that whoever asks for a tour company in India, we will definitely be recommending you and your team.

Dear Suneel jee,

Happy new year and best wishes for 2009.

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner, but I just came back to Mexico last week end. From Hong Kong we went to Los Angeles, and then the family went back to Mexico. I stayed there until the 9th in a meeting.

We would like to thank you for organizing a wonderfuil visit to India. We do appreciate your courtesy and your interest in making our trip a pleasant one. We saw 9 tigers ( a photo enclosed) and 1 leopard, and many other animals. And we did really enjoyed the temples and monumets, with Taj Majal as a majestic one.

The assistance of Alam and the drivers was extremely professional. Your company gave us a great impression, and you should consider this a major compliment because we have travelled all over the World and your service is oustanding.

Finally, I do appreciate that you google me and you treated me as a Nobel Prize Winer!! There is no nobel prize in my field but I have do indeed bein distinguished with some international conservation awards. I enclose a photo for you and your company or Prince Anne and me in Great Britain.

I will like to visit again next year to photograph in more reserves.
