Day 01: Arrive Delhi
Arrive tonight in India ’s capital city of Delhi. Upon arrival, you will be greeted with a traditional Indian welcome and escorted to the hotel by Travel Horizon Sai Vardhan representatives. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 02: Delhi
After hearty breakfast in the morning tour New Delhi - drive along Rajpath to view Parliament House, the President’s House, India Gate. Visit the Humayun’s Tomb, Qutab Minar and Birla Temple. Afternoon visit Old Delhi. Among your stops are the Red Fort, Raj Ghat, Ashoka Pillar and the mile-long Chandni Chowk bazaar. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 03: Delhi - Gaya
After hearty breakfast, you will be transferred to the railway station to board train for Gaya. Dinner and Overnight on board train.
Day 04: Gaya - Bodhgaya
Early Morning, upon arrival in Gaya, Travel Horizon Sai Vardhan representatives will assist you to transfer you to the hotel at Bodhgaya. Later enjoy full day guided city tour of Bodhgaya including Mahabodhi tree, Shaivite Monastery, Buddha Archaeological Museum & Jagannath Temple. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 05: Bodhgaya
Have a hearty breakfast at the hotel. Spend this day in visiting the various monasteries. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 06: Bodhgaya - Gaya - Mughalsarai - Varanasi
In the morning, drive to Gaya in time to board train to Varanasi. Upon arrival in Varanasi, Travel Horizon Sai Vardhan representatives will assist you to transfer you to the hotel. In the evening, visit to Sarnath. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 07: Varanasi
In the early morning, enjoy boat ride in river Ganges. Later, enjoy guided city tour of Varanasi. In the evening, meet a scholar on Tantra. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 08: Varanasi - Agra
Early Morning, perform the ritual bathing in River Ganges with the chanting of “Slokas”. Afternoon: Transfer to Railway Station to board overnight train to Agra.
Day 09: Arrive Agra
Upon arrival in Agra early Morning, Travel Horizon Sai Vardhan representatives will assist you to the hotel. Later, enjoy half day guided city tour of Agra, including the world famous TAJ MAHAL and the Agra Fort. Spend afternoon in your independent activities. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 10: Agra - Delhi - Rishikesh
Morning: Assistance and transferred to railway station in time to board train to Delhi. Upon arrival in Delhi, Travel Horizon Sai Vardhan representatives will assist you to drive to Rishikesh. In the evening, participate in the "Ganga Aarti Puja". Stay at Parmarth Niketan Ashram Overnight in Rishikesh.
Day 11: Rishikesh
Early morning have a holy dip in the river Ganges and participate in classes in Yoga, Meditation and Hinduism. Later visit Bharat Mandir, Nilkantha Mahadev Mandir, Hanuman Temple, in Rishikesh. In the evening, meet with various scholars. Dinner and overnight stay in Rishikesh
Day 12: Rishikesh
Full day participate in the Ashram activities. Attend the prayer, satsang, bhajan, kirtan & various lectures given by saints and scholars. Overnight in Rishikesh
Day 13: Rishikesh - Delhi
After hearty breakfast in the morning, drive back to Delhi. Upon arrival in Delhi, Travel Horizon Sai Vardhan representatives will assist you to transfer you to the hotel. Spend rest of the day in your independent activities. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 14: Delhi - Kathmandu
After hearty breakfast at the hotel, fly for Kathmandu. Upon arrival in Kathmandu, Travel Horizon Sai Vardhan representatives will assist you to transfer you to the hotel. In the afternoon, enjoy, guided city tour of Kathmandu. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 15: Kathmandu
In the morning after breakfast, enjoy guided excursion to Patan. Spend afternoon in your own independent activities. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 16: Kathmandu
In the morning after hearty breakfast, enjoy guided excursion to Bhaktapur. Spend afternoon in your own independent activities. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 17: Kathmandu - Delhi - Depart
Morning: Free for packing and last minute shopping. Afternoon: Assistance and transfer to airport in time to connect flight to Delhi. Upon arrival in Delhi, Travel Horizon Sai Vardhan representatives will assist you to transfer you to the International airport to catch flight for your home destination. |
